A webcam that sends images of the U.S. Capitol area over the Web
reportedly photographed an unusual unidentified object over the area
in the early morning hours today. The image was photographed over the
U.S. Capitol between approximately 3:15 a.m. and 3:30 a.m. EST Feb 10,
2005.
